Salmon and walnut homemade pizza.
A while ago we discovered that Naan Peshwari makes a good base for a homemade pizza. So to this I spread tomato puree, added slices of yellow pepper, tomato, walnuts, smoked salmon, cheddar and fresh ginger, sprinkled some basil and baked for ten minutes on gas mark 6.
Enjoying it with a small white wine.
Delicious.
