Voe Waterfront

A breezy day, and mostly cloudy.  Showers this evening, turning to heavy rain. 

I've been working in the museum office today, and mostly working with photos.  I was in a meeting in the afternoon.  A mad dash after tea, and headed for my shift in the pub.  A quiet evening after the weekend shenanigans.  Me and Sammy got soaked out walkies, so both warming up by the fire. 

I went on a mission at lunchtime, to see a visiting bird, an Egret.  I did see the beautiful bird, but she was too quick for me, and way too shy, so I'll have to come back again.  The Egret was hanging around the shore below the buildings here at Voe.
