Leaving yoga this eve after a very busy day and this was my view. Proud of myself for going as I really crammed lots into the day and thought I’d be too tired.

Did a presentation this morning and watched other people’s presentations (videos of us working) really good CPD. In the afternoon I travelled a decent distance to go to more training. Got home and had 5 mins to change into my yoga kit and get back out to go to class, only 4 of us tonight but a very happy, joyous atmosphere
