BTC 2019

Gee. It doesn't take long to get behind with the blips. Time seems to roar by. Some of you know the commitment I  made last year to setup and manage the Blackheath Theatre Company with a comprehensive program of performances, workshops and events for the coming 12 months. For those that may be interested, this is 2019's monochrome advertising brochure.

Right now we are working on this year's Local Scripts Development Program. 17 locally written short plays have been received by our dramaturg. These will be longlisted to 6 works, which will then be actively workshopped with actors and directors before being presented as a series of rehearsed playreadings before an audience, during March. Three of the best received scripts will then be shortlisted for a fully rehearsed production as part of our "New Voices with Things to Say" season in October. So far, so good.
