Oak woods

I've been having some problems with my camera - its not recording all the images I take, hence the absence of blips for the past week. This morning it behaved rather better most of the time. Had a wander around the old pasture woodland in the rather nice wintery subshine. I found a couple more arborglyphs and visited one of my favourite trees. The lower boughs on this lopsided oak are at least 30 meters long so it must have started growing when there were few trees around. Now its almost in the middle of dense woodland.
