Pushing Through

feeble light pushes
through sheer curtains
bottled air
seeking color
in once buried glass


For the Record,
This day came in dismal with light rain.

I got my muscle relaxers finally and had another chiropractic treatment. I still feel feeble and tentative , I can walk normally, but bending is off limits and I have a fanny pack of pain on my left side. Back trouble takes time. I left my patience in my kindergarten classroom for my successor back in '99.
