Is it a bird or a missile?

There are a lot of these birds in the hedgerows at the moment.  I think it and it's friends might be Yellowhammers.  I'm hoping someone on blip can help.  There was a very large flock of them today (50+), always just ahead of me and not so easy to photograph.

Another deliciously frosty morning, but turning more muddy later.
