Quattro Stagioni

Rain, Sunshine, Snow, Fog, Sunshine, Snow.... Repeat.

A wander with Missy at t'other end of Ullswater today. Missy was fabulous with the sheep I didn't spot and came straight back, she was more interested in the swan...until it hissed at her and then she decided she'd admire it from behind my legs.

A good but tough balance class, it's as if the instructor has been speaking to my physio. I know I knew deep down, but I'd definitely decided to ignore, that eighteen months of recovery would take a toll on the fitness. I ache lots.
