Welting in the Heat

I had my scan this morning. Everything looked OK apart from the Bakers Cyst, which has become very large since my last scan two and a half years ago. It will be up to my GP what should be done but thinks she may send me to a Spots Doctor.

One report said we reached 34c today. It was 29c at 8am and didn't get much under 24c over night. The wind has been gale force at times. I have a really bad headache because of the heat. Yes I have been drinking plenty of water!

There is to be a wind change at some stage and it will get much cooler. It is looking a bit dark down south at the moment. 

John wanted to cut the Hosta flowers off this morning, I said no, as the are still looking OK. They may be going tomorrow if he gets his way. I only used my phone today as it is just too hot in the back bedroom where I have the computer.
