Crème Brûlée

Dinner was penna alla arrabiata (jarred sauce). I decided dessert—my first homemade crème brûlée—would be a more interesting post. This one is flavored with cashew fruit. It seems my husband decided me torching said crème brûlée would be his blip for today, so that may account for any déjà vu you are feeling.
