How many hands on that ball?

Second to last HS basketball league game.   Against NIk’s Dad’s alma mater, Garfield HS.   Had to post it.   I should look for a photo from 1987.  maybe next time,.,,.  (The shorts were shorter…)
Painful to watch these kids lose so much, but they still seem to enjoy playing with each other.    They’ll improve.   And we like the chance to chat with the parents we don’t otherwise see much of… 
Didn’t get to any of Oskar’s games last weekend as he was told not to play in case he had a “concussion” from hitting something (?…and gashing his eyebrow) in the hallway at last Tuesday’s  game.  I think he’s fine now but won’t have practiced.   It’s been a pretty grueling schedule…not sure when they can get their school work done.     A very rainy night…I’m ready for bed and my book…..Michelle Obama’s memoir…  Oh how I wish we were still savoring them in that White House!
