Queueing traffic, Christmas shoppers!

Another busy day but the weather has been sunny and not so cold!
Cooked some mince pies,Mary Berry style, with almond sponge on top instead of pastry, yum! Took mum to hospital for her dialysis and went on into Leigh. Had a walk, did some shopping and came back along the seafront. This shot is taken coming into Southend in the car (some of you may recognise the lift building as it was in a previous blip) lots of traffic. The large building to the left is an old hotel that has just been restored, it was one of the places we looked at as wedding venue for our daughters wedding. The River Thames is to the right, nice walk along there. Tide was out today.
There would have been some more shots taken but memory card was full and guess who hadn't got the spare that I usually carry with me!!
