Magical ....

.... In the forest on this afternoon's walk.
Swirling mist and then blue blue sky.
First thing I walked in Alderley Edge woods with a friend which energised me into doing some cleaning up after the steamy sticky marmalade days and then went out for another walk this afternoon.
Off to my first meditation class run by the local Kadampa Buddhist centre this evening.
