My friends and I went for a walk along the seafront. Out of the wind it was pleasantly warm.

I had my twice postponed rheumatology appointment in the afternoon. Subject to the consultant's authorisation and good blood test results I will be able to restart my arthritis treatment. Someone will be in touch soon.
