I found something really special today. A rare book dealer here had acquired a scrapbook kept by one of the authors I am studying
(Judith Cladel). All press clippings that mention her, from 1878-1935, basically the first half of her career, are glued into it. It's an amazing research tool for me. I felt pretty giddy bringing it home on the bus and still can't quite believe it is here.
