Beach walk and talk!

Today daughter P took me to Hermanus - a beautiful coastal town about 1 and a half hour's drive from CT. I visited another nursing friend from my general nursing training days from way back!
We had a wonderful walk along the beach and lagoon together with her dogs. Her one Jack Russell is the mother of my Demi JR!
P documented just about every step of our walk, so thanks to her for this lovely image!!
Back at her home we feasted on crayfish freshly caught this morning by her hubby.
Another busy and super day in Cape Town.
