Clare on a long day so a day on my own.
Biting cold wind for most of the day and glad there is no need to lever myself out of bed on a Sunday any more for mini or junior rugby.

Gussie, who is really an old lady now, still has plenty of ‘oomph’ in her. Here she is ready to pounce, from height, on one of her many tennis balls.
