Beach running

Early start this morning going to Foxlake for the 16K run. Didn’t do this one last year so wasn’t sure of the route. Kilda was good running out front even if my legs didn’t feel up to it. She got a bit confused as to why she wasn’t allowed off the lead when we did the 5K bit on the beach. Came back and we both had a bit of a sleep on the bed before going up town to collect a few bits for J. Got dressed up to go to RD 50thbirthday party at the Voodoo rooms. Had a great night. Stayed up with Kilda for a bit once we got back as she was very excited to see us again.
