Yesterday provided no real blip opperchancities so the best I could manage was a picture of dinner....
Finding it difficult to get good mozzeralla here, so had to resort to using pre grated stuff, not as good as the fresh stuff though. Also no problems in getting my dough to rise here...... no shortage of heat !!!

So we found out yesterday that there is a small part missing from the gear box in the car ...... we've been told by the mechanic that it should be fine to drive without it ( me and my huge knowledge of cars can't remember what the part was) but he's gonna see what he can do..... the part may take two days to get here so it may be Saturday before we can head off unless he can bodge something together before then..... ah the joys of owning a car..... just hope it makes the drive down 2,500km's or so......
