An early trip to the. gym. A spin class was going so the fast music ensured a good work out for me too.

It’s been so cold I’m struggling to keep warm. But when the sun shines I can sit in the south-facing bay window with my book. Apparently Somerset Maugham was a spy but i’ve Not got to that bit. I’d better press on as class is tomorrow.
