Lined Up?

The reason I photograph this house so often, is that I walk towards it, down that block, several times each week. The house is at the T-bone at the end of the block, so I look right at it for the whole block.
The interesting part is that the larger house behind it doesn't sit quite parallel to it, on it's own lot, so the ridgelines don't line up. I watch the two lines slightly change in relation to one another as I approach. You can barely see the difference. In fact, in this picture, I'm making myself look like I'm wrong.
Maybe one of my legs is longer than the other, or my glasses may not sit straight on my face.
