Comfort and joy...
Made an early Christmas dinner for my favourite Jew, before she goes back to Jerusalem to stay with her vegetarian kosher parents. Smoked salmon, roast duck with sprouts, roast potatoes and parsnips, Christmas pudding and brandy butter. With the first course Prosecco, with the second Tempranillo, with the third Muscat. All from Marks & Spencers, naturally. So much for my support of the boycott - gave an extra £50 to Medical Aid for Palestinians to compensate.
My half-birthday, too.
