Dendrobium

I'm really enjoying this orchid which was given to me by some wonderful friends at the weekend :-)

It's slightly different to most of the other orchids throughout the house in that its stem looks much more like bamboo and the flowers are much frillier!

According to Google it should bloom between January to June - here's hoping!!
