Here's part the block that the planning authorities just recommended to be demolished (in spite of the fact that it's a conservation grade building, and in the face of massive opposition in Leith). Leith Depot (an excellent pub and music venue) is one of the few business still open along the row, along with the Punjabi Junction - I believe they just happened to have the longest leases.
