Hard to pick a thumbnail

I don’t usual live close to the edge, but between one thing and another I had a vision of me running out of petrol in the Jack Lynch tunnel at rush hour (how to make hundreds of people angry in one go). I was sweating as the car shuddered through. I made it.

I do spend an inordinate amount of time preparing my 2 breakfasts, elevenses and lunch every evening. It’s always worth it. I am after heard declaring how delicious my own food is in the staff room.
