Fascination

Our lovely new cinema and music venue, Mareel, has some lovely, and presumably expensive, lights in the bar. They are cantilevered out over the table, on what must be something like carbon fibre stalks, and they tremble and sway to the slightest touch. Elsie was fascinated.

Busy, lovely day. Over to Vidlin in the morning to look at our friends Jill and Nigel's prospective house site (in the rain). Then ballet rehearsal, followed by a quick drink in Mareel, and a very nice Chinese meal. Now home to a cosy fire and a gin and tonic. And Jill, if you are reading this, we have had a horrid time today. ;-)
