Chaotic gulls

Well, last night I had my photos all ready for my Blip, and have just realised I had forgotten to post them! This is one of very few Back Blips in all five plus years of my journal. Better late than never I suppose, but I am annoyed with myself. Especially as  had made a special effort to get to the park in my car as I am nervous of cycling on ice  ((:
As you can see, it was a fiery dawn - spectacular in fact. I had tried coaxing the swans over by scattering swan food on the ice, but they preferred to stay in their small area of unfrozen water. You can see them in the background.
