Early Morning Light

No prizes for guessing the flower :-)
Slept well, been to aerobics, neck okay, didn’t stay for extra session which is more intense.
Home now, soup bubbling gently.
Then after lunch we are off into Leeds on the train to meet Elaine to see Colette at the cinema.
Then all back to ours for the dinner l have just prepped.
