Velvet Fog

No I don't mean Mel Torme although I'd be willing to bet that some of Mel's old vinyl is to be found in this place, if one was to look hard enough. Actually I love this place because of all the wonderful, vintage, mint condition, high end, hi fi gear one can find in there. Lots of fabulous old amplifiers, turntables, tone arms and amplifiers from the 70's, 80's and 90's that I could never afford back then. Trouble is, no matter how good it looks, I doubt it can still be relied upon to perform like it used to ... for very long at least. Sigh.
