Hotel Ottilia

A new hotel has opened in the brewery grounds. The hotel is named after the founder's daughter in law, in other words Carl's wife. It's said that she was a major factor in the father and son falling out for decades. Such was the falling out that the son set up Ny Carlsberg here, while the castle was the entrance to Old Carlsberg. And yes, there is a 12 part tv series in Danish.

The hotel describes itself as a boutique hotel, which I don't trust much - it's like giving yourself stars imo. Anyhoo, I hope that they've finished building the bloody place before my sister gets here next month.
