Stripped back

I have blipped these trees on a number of occassions, including earlier this week. I think this is when I like then best - leafless against a blue sky. Having said that they look good when in leaf too. 

Looking forward to a quiet Friday night home alone in Edinburgh before heading through to Galsgow tomorrow to meet MrT for three night of Celtic Connections. We got a good deal on a hotel and decided to turn into a mini-break rather than travelling back and forth each day (although we will be back on Wednesday for another concert).  

It feels slightly strange going "on holiday" to be my home city but looking forward to revisiting some favourite places.
