So watching the cricket today and now football so a quiet day. Can’t do much else as have back pain which I hope is only temporary but a tad painful.

Anyway have a good weekend everyone, I think I shall have to miss the football tomorrow can’t see it improving that quick. Stay in the warm and rest.
