200th - but nothing planned

This is my 200th blip, and although I had thought I would do something special for it in the end I had nothing planned.

We went to our annual Christmas meal out with friends. Started out with just 'the boys' but wives / girlfriends got added into the mix and as time passes eventually children.

So in the past the pub night ended up being a late evening meal and now an early evening meal at somewhere that has a kids play frame of some type to keep the little people amused.

This year the venue provided hats, blowers, poppers and crackers and a battle of sparkling rose. With the hats came cards and a pencil so you could play the 'guess who I am game' but one of us decided to make little Christmas cards.

So - I am still playing with the camera and I still like the black and white option for artisitic effect.

Still learning how to focus it.

Still learning about when it will (or more often will not) flash.

The sparkling rose was nice :)
