The Ruby Swim 2019

I didn't see the start of the race, but watched the swimmers coming in after their races.  The events were:  The Ruby 10, Big Ruby 3.8k, The Ruby 2.5k, Return of the Jetty 1.2k The Island 600m.  Little Gems 200m.  There was a total of 421 competitors.  The extras missed the cut.  (1)  No wetsuit!  (2)  One of the organisers  (3)  The finish line   (4)  The spectators.

I went to local cafe for breakfast with friends, (I had eggs bene, always do!!), then walked to watch the Ruby Swim.  After lunch I played a few games of croquet, a bit hot and windy, but a nice afternoon in the fresh air.  +25C..  Time to put my feet up.
