CNY display at IFC

Bible study first thing followed by a quick lunch before catching the ferry to town for a doctor’s appointment.

Friend Allison and her daughter Elizabeth came along too as I had arranged to take them to Stanley today.

We had a lovely time out there and a few purchases were made. Stanley definitely looks like business is bad as many shops were closed OR they’ve already taken off for Chinese New Year. But I suspect it’s the former as I did ask and some said shop owners had retired.

Ended the day with a yummy meal at Crystal Jade, first time for Allison.

Home to news that Martin has decided he’s coming to the end of his time with the CFO centre and ready for other opportunities, thankfully there is stuff in the pipeline! Guide the way please Lord!
