Scotland...on a plate!

I snapped this last evening in the VIP catering area at Scotstoun Stadium in Glasgow |(at the Warriors rugby).

For those of you who are not Scottish - you are looking at a plate of Scotch Pies. These wondrous treats comprise of a lard based pastry filled with spiced mutton meat. They are gooey, spicy and tasty beyond belief.
