Blyth library

is very old. I'm a member but rarely visit. Went in for a change today.
This beautiful painting is at the top of the staircase.

I sneaked my tablet out to Blip it.Hopefully it's not stolen else I'll be on the security cameras.
I blipped the plaque but can't make it all out.
