Don't look back

Quite a day. We had one of W's friends round for lunch who can't eat gluten or dairy so it was a bit of a challenge to think what to serve, but a rather good Tuna Niçoise adapting a recipe by Simon Hopkinson went down very well. I headed off to my rugby match after lunch which turned out to be an absolute cracker; Bedford against Coventry which we (Bedford) won 53-52. One of the best games I have seen and one where neither side deserved to lose. When I got back to my car I realised I hadn't had a chance to take any pictures so grabbed a quick shot of the Embankment lights before heading home.
