Pretty Akaroa

It is quite a drive to Akaroa over those hills from Christchurch. It really is a pretty place. There was a cruise ship in so it was very busy as people wanderered along the waterfront. It is quite unique to see so much evidence of its french history anywhere in NZ. Also, it was all formed by a volcano blow a loooooong time ago.
