Australia Day up above

A 21st century development at the edge of Edinburgh’s university quarter looking more downtown Sydney than Auld Reekie’s south side.

We met Lady Findhorn for tea near here this afternoon which was a ray of sunshine on a grey drizzly but very mild day.

A very early start for a productive night shift. Central Edinburgh was busy at 0330 including the first rickshaw sighting since Hogmanay!

Home for breakfast and business calls to the Middle East before heading back into town by trusty 124 bus after lunch.
