maestro

A strange old day starting with a flurry of hoovering and trying to hide children’s paraphernalia as I was hosting (and, unbeknownst to me, delivering) training for new street pastors. Antony took the teenies off to cycle the Sett Valley trail and play on a BMX track and I felt unbelievably envious as they left. Later, I spent a lot of time in the bath (my place to process all thoughts) and had a wander with the children whilst Antony had a nap.

Gratefuls:

1. Neil, a fellow street pastor, ably winging it with the training. He’s a calm and wonderful soul and I always enjoy his company;
2. Antony who has cooked me a steak;
3. Eve and her piano practice and gifts of encouragement through the day.
