Joy

Oh the joy of being told
to have a good time!
It's as annoying
as 'cheer up mate,
it may never happen.'

I'm a bit wary of forced jollity
during the festive season.
That said, as I'm newly joyful,
I'll not be needing a reason
to smile over the Christmas/New Year

period. I hope that won't wear
those around me down as I, the least
critical of viewers, laugh loudest
and longest at every Christmas Special
throughout this special Christmas.
