Geraint Thomas, Tour de France Winner!  And he's from Wales!  It still sounds amazing all these months later, and makes me feel so proud.

Geraint celebrated his win with an interview and Q&A in Cardiff tonight.  He's such a character and very funny.  It was a brilliant night!

It was confirmed today that I need to have dialysis for a full week prior my transplant, and it will be 4 hours a day.  A bit meh but I've got plenty of books to read, and I shall enjoy Cynthia's tea and toast every day.  Lol!  Big D no:  139
