Scorched earth

I'm back..it's been a long break - what with a house full over Christmas..and what fun that was, then not being well, and ongoing irritating computer problems - blip took a back seat!
A sad scene to start off with...another devastating fire near us this week. The nature reserve at the university was completely destroyed. I hate to think of the number of animals and birds that lost their lives.
Our weather continues with strong winds, little rain, water restrictions....
I have lots of catching up to do - one does miss being in touch with blip friends. I will try and back blip ( although my photography has been mainly quick cell phone pics!)
