Relaxation is the order of the day!

Today was the day for my Spa which Lofty bought me for my birthday. I had a wonderful 2 hours and 30 minutes of pampering before heading out to the gym in the afternoon. I also received a DVD from a friend in Melbourne of "North and South"... I watched it in one sitting.... ooops.
