Cheeky!

Another pheasant I am afraid.   Yet again our commonest bird with a count for the day of 5, all hens.  While they were feeding this one kept looking up, I assumed to the sky.  I was wrong!  She had worked out that the small birds were getting food from above.  She wasn't content with what I had  scattered for them and the added rejects from the feeders (as the small birds drop the).

After a while she plucked up courage and made a rather ungainly flight and managed to perch on the tray.
