The store room

I get given loads of biscuits, because I'm a teaching assistant. I can't eat wheat, which is a shame, but the tins are useful for transporting my stock to and from markets. Breezy out there today!

I spent much of today prepping two orders for cards, and they now been submitted. I hope they'll.both arrive in time for Friday's market. So busy was I that I completely forgot to pre-order my food for a meal tonight. A group of friends met up in Gloucester quays at a restaurant that was, in terms of service, straight out of Fawlty Towers!

What kind of Italian restaurant runs out of lasagne and pancetta when the dishes are pre-ordered? Luckily S got our table a discount on main courses, which was as well. I know a good risotto when I taste one, and I certainly didn't have one tonight.

However, I enjoyed meeting old friends again and talking about Burmese cats. One of our group has decide he needs another one. I hope he finds one, they are such a sociable breed.

Now it's time to do a little more of my jigsaw before hitting the sack. Monday tomorrow: how did that happen?
