A trip up to Edinburgh.

We packed a lot in today.

A journey up from Lancashire by train...a bargain at £14 each. As soon as we arrived we caught a bus out to Portobello beach and called in at a lovely cafe to have veggie burger with veggie haggis. In the late afternoon we checked into our shabby chic hotel, The Rutland on Princes St, before heading back out for a ghost tour which took in the vaults, Greyfriars graveyard with tales of a poltergeist and a gruesome history of past events...all good.
