Carol Singing

I really enjoyed bringing some festive cheer to all the Christmas shoppers in town today. Claire and Jenny were fundraising to send some money to the girls orphanage they were working in in the summer. What a nice idea!

Sure it was cold, and I was singing on my own for a bit, but we raised £70! That makes over £200 they've raised now which is fantastic.

Unfortunately after singing carols for 3 hours I was not in the mood for another 2 hours of carol singing at chorus. My voice was wrecked by the time the rehearsal was over. I had my first I-hate-Christmas-music moment. It happens to every busy musician at some point this time of year. There's only so many times you can sing Away in a Manger...
