Sunny Nelson

I've been staying in Nelson for the last couple of nights, and this morning walked in the hill suburbs.  Unbelievable how much new housing there is in the area, now.  The central parts of the city don't seem to have changed much, but the outer suburbs have definitely mushroomed.
